Surface Pro 8 case vs. Surface Pro 4 case

The case fits snugly and protects the Surface Pro well. I would have rated the case Great had it not been for the plastic kickstand. UAG replaced my original purchased case because the kickstand's plastic hinge cracked and broke causing the kickstand to lose rigidity. The replacement case seems to have a hairline fracture in the same place as the original case. I'm being extra careful now with the kickstand. I compare this to an older UAG case design that I bought for my Surface Pro 4. That case has a metal and plastic cantilevered kickstand and is still going strong after about 5 years of use.
