Company was very responsive but…

I was having trouble with my keyboard and the company very quickly sent me out a new one. Unfortunately I still hate using the keyboard. It’s very finicky. It jumps around and sometimes keys are unresponsive. And drives me nuts.

Bought this set up for

Bought this set up for work. This does not perform in any setting. The stand does not hold the device up a majority of the time. The case that came with it seems to be a well built case. Expected the keyboard / stand to be more usable but not the case. I find myself taking it out and just using the touch screen to type because they keyboard won't hold the tablet.

want to love it but

solid investment, but the achilles heel is that you can’t prop it of portrait orientation and on the landscape angles it’s so precarious that if you bump it it knocks over - finally picking it up 1 handed and preserving the angled magnet locks is virtually impossible. Apple pencil also doesn’t charge thru the holder

Good product, horrible customer service

The product itself does what it is designed to do. UAG Customer service though is another thing. Items were ordered with expressed shipping via UAG and it was "delayed." I tried to cancel the order only to be told sorry...when it was finally shipped it came from Amazon. I told them to keep it since the sent to a different address, Irony.....I ordered it from Amazon and they had it in stock and faster than UAG. Lesson learned, if I purchase another UAG product I'll just use Amazon.

Good quality, not always comfortable

High level of protection, however, the magnetic keyboard doesn't always convenient to use.
