Degraded instantly

It degraded when a put it on my phone and crumbled in my hand, then I got a replacement and that one lasted 3 days before doing the same thing, really liked the look of it so it's a shame. They did refund the full amount.

Brittle phone cover

I recently purchased a phone cover for my Samsung Galaxy S22+ 5G. On fitting my phone in, there was some resistance and fitting issue, causing the top right cover to jut out and hence, expose a small side of my phone panel. As I tried to see if I could fix the fitting issue by readjusting the cover, diagonal sides of the cover cracked. Is the phone case supposed to be this brittle? I contacted the customer support team regarding a replacement and they were prompt in their responses, which was a plus side. However, it was noted as a 'warranty claim'. To begin with, the phone cover seemed faulty and perhaps old in terms of quality. The phone cover that is being sent to me should be replacement for the original and not considered 'warranty claim'. The customer support team has yet to get back to me on this. Overall, quality of the phone cover I received is poor and a replacement should be made for my original purchase, but UAG's customer support team is quick in responding to customer queries and this seems reassuring for a customer. Customer service is good.
