iPad Pro 12.9-inch Shock Sleeve Lite

I have used my shock sleeve lite and I have found that the protection is ok, but the zippers feels cheap and the bag zipper is kind of difficult to open/close, it would be great if it has a cord. In general, its kind of difficult to handle, it would be great if it has a handle (hidden) or a material non slippery material, because it is difficult to grasp because the fabric is slippery.

The product is good quality, but it would be better if it had a hanging rope.

This is a really nice case and it has saved my iPad Pro more then a couple of times, the only thing is it would be really nice if it came with a handle, I even looked at the website to see if they offered one before I bought one from someplace else and it's not perfect buy it works.

Customer service is a top notch, just like the quality of their products and warranty.
