Packed with Features

Despite the fact that the UAG website did not have a photo of the case installed on a Surface Pro 8 with a detachable keyboard, the case integrated well with my setup. The little elastic tag on the corner of the case--which I thought was useless decoration--actually served a purpose in that I stretch it over the corner of the keyboard and it helps keep the keyboard in place when it is stowed. The shoulder strap is great for carrying and is easily adjustable for length. The stylus holder fits my stylus and holds it firmly in place. The palm strap on the back of the case is a useful feature; it's adjustable and fit my hand comfortably. The case was a good buy!

More than I need, but...

This item is surprisingly tough. I wouldn't take it strapped to my back while I'm out mountain biking or anything, though. The only thing holding the keyboard closed on it is an elastic strap in the corner which only goes about a quarter of an inch from the edge. It's great for tossing around in the car. The best part about the product is that the company really stands by it. I actually caused a problem with it, but the company still honor the warranty since it was clear why I had done what I had done. I couldn't be more happy with the company. And frankly, sometimes that's more important. We can never be 100% sure about a product, but when a company stands behind it the way they do, it makes a purchase totally risk-free.
