10 days after the order there was no action on the tracking. I called you lied. That day you filled the order. Then blamed the post office. I work there. I see the real tracking data. Look up the emails she offered to Fed Ex me a case. You lied again. Just admit you lost or failed to ship it out. No. You lied.

Great Case, Ok Service

As a product the cases from UAG are faultless. I have them on my IPhone X , 12 & 14. All three cases still function a great as they did when purchased. The X case is now 5 years old and the 12 pro max case is 2 years old, I wouldn’t put with of these older phones in any other case. The 12 has been in constant use since purchased and when taken out of the case it is spotless with no mark, scratches anywhere and it has been dropped a number of times since its purchase. It’s because of this I had no other thought but to buy the same case for my 14Pro Max. I have absolute confidence in this product to continue protecting my phones. The purchasing process was simple. My only gripe and the reason for the 3 Stars which would be 5 otherwise is the very slow delivery process once the order is paid for. I ordered well in advance of the IPhone 14 release but was unable to take my new phone out because the the case didn’t arrive in time. There was no mention of the product coming from Hong Kong and the item just seemed stuck in their slow postal process. The case is fitted, holds my phone very securely and looks good too. I have total faith that my phone will be equally protected for the foreseeable future.
